What's this?

How big is the tree? Why would the tree service need access


to their side? Recently, my neighbors had 2 large river birch trees removed and both were extremely close to the property line with half the tree hanging on my side. That tree company handled everything from the neighbor's yard and did not get one thing on my side. They did some great things with ropes and pulleys.
